I live in Kingston with my husband and 4 fur babies. We have 2 adult children and a 2 grand kitties. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education from Tennessee Tech, a Master of Arts in K-12 Education from Tusculum College, and an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration and Supervision from Lincoln Memorial University.
I provide resources, support, and training to teachers for writing IEPs, transitioning students with disabilities from school to adult living, and administering alternate assessments. I have been an educator in the Roane County School System since 1994. I was a Special Education Teacher at Kingston Elementary until 2007. I loved being a classroom teacher, but have enjoyed being able to help teachers in my current role.
